The layout achieves a seamless flow while maintaining privacy for the two bedrooms.
The conversion required new load-bearing elements and a fully insulated floor system to meet stringent Scottish Building Warrant standards for fire safety, soundproofing, and thermal efficiency.
Our Engineering team ensured compliance was built into the plan from Day One.
We specified modern, durable, and stylish interior finishes suitable for high-traffic rental use, including the Herringbone flooring, sleek Navy kitchen cabinetry, and the vibrant, modern bathroom tiling.
The original rough garage exterior was replaced with modern, low-maintenance cladding and a flat roof system, dramatically improving curb appeal and blending seamlessly with the garden setting.
